Spring Varsity Sports Awards now June 4th

Sports Physicals for 2018-19

As we look towards the 2018-19 school year, parents and student-athletes should keep the following in mind:

The athletics department encourages parents to use the online interactive form for the student medical update questionnaire. Families can begin submitting the online medical update on July 14th. Remember that if the update is submitted more than 30 days prior to the season start date, it will not be valid and will have to be resubmitted. Medical updates are due to the athletics department no later than August 9th. Find the questionnaire HERE.

If your child will have a physical on one of the dates listed below, then you DO NOT have to fill out the medical update for the Fall sports season, but you will need to complete it within 30 days of the start of the Winter and/or Spring sport seasons.

Physicals are offered for all Glens Falls student-athletes in Modified through Varsity levels. If you’re unsure if your child needs a sports physical or have any questions, please email Tracy Webster, RN at
