A note from Superintendent Paul Jenkins...

"I would like to welcome everyone back for another great year ahead! I hope all of our students and families had an enjoyable and relaxing summer. The new school year is just around the corner and thanks to the hard work of our faculty, administration, and staff, we are ready for our students to return.

"We are continuing to increase our district-wide Chromebook initiative for all students K‐12. This school year, fifth- and sixth-grade students will each have their own Chromebook for school-day, classroom use. Many of our teachers have transformed their classes through the use of these powerful tools, and we expect even more growth in the year to come.

"Our High School will be welcoming an interim Principal for the first few months of school. Mr. Mark Doody will be filling the role until we appoint a permanent replacement. Mr. Doody is the retired Superintendent of the Hudson Falls School District and spent last year as the interim High School Principal in Whitehall. We are very lucky to have someone with his vast educational experience leading our High School this fall.

"Enjoy the last few days of summer and I thank you in advance for your efforts to connect with your child’s teachers and support your child’s learning at home. I look forward to seeing you in September!"
