Nearly two dozen Glens Falls student-musicians were in the spotlight last weekend, performing in the highly selective All-County Band Festival at Ballston Spa High School. These top-performing students were selected based on their Spring NYSSMA solo festival scores and teacher recommendation. Way to go, High School instrumentalists Tessa Carusone, Grace Herrick, Alexis Leland, Trey Ryzuk, Grayson Salerno, Sophia Tavares, Brady Gross, Rebecca McPhee, Zoey Moon, Abbey O’Hara, Elizabeth Stevens, and Luke Stevens. And three cheers for Middle School instrumentalists Liam Anderson, Abigail Arney, Owen Johnson, Jack Rougeau, William Schwenker, Amelia White, Lucas Carroll, Lyla Cook, and Addison Deeb. Congratulations on all the hard work each of these students put in for years leading up to their selection for this festival sponsored by the Saratoga Warren County Music Educators Association.
