Eight dedicated faculty and staff members were inducted into the district's Quarter-Century Club last night, celebrating 25 years of service to the students of Glens Falls City Schools.

The group was honored at a reception at the High School surrounded by colleagues and friends. The Strolling Strings provided entertainment for the evening, which included the presentation of 25-year plaques to each of the honorees.

Those inducted include the following dedicated individuals:

  • Donna Bates, English Teacher, High School

At this 25-year career milestone, the district honors members of our educational team for the roles they play in living out the mission of Glens Falls City Schools: to provide a safe, positive and stimulating environment — one that fosters self growth, a passion for continuous learning, confidence, and the ability to succeed in a changing world.

The growth and success of our students is dependent on having devoted and capable team members such as those inducted into the Quarter Century Club. Congratulations, and thank you for your service!
